This is a feature that’s really missing. I’d love to be able to drag and drop feeds from one folder to another in my Google Reader. The absence of drag and drop is making it really hard for me to keep my feeds somewhat organised.

Yep. I agree. Since getting the MacBook I have reverted to a software feed reader because it lets me do all this kind of thing.
The only downside is I have to carry the MacBook with me, but it does mean I can at least read the feeds while out and about – I just cannot comment immediately.
